Before joining our firm, Marie-Ève practised law in a boutique firm, focusing on both the commercial and litigation aspects of business law, franchising law and intellectual property law.
Marie-Ève had the opportunity to do an internship as a university student with the Honourable Judge Virgile Buffoni (J.C.Q.), assisting him in the drafting of judgments by carrying out doctrinal and jurisprudential research. She also practised in the legal department of a major Canadian franchisor operating in the fast food business, where she was involved in commercial and real estate cases of every size.
Marie-Ève brings a wealth of experience to our firm, as a litigator, adviser and negotiator, in commercial, civil and professional litigation cases before judicial and administrative tribunals.
She is currently completing a specialized graduate program in business law at the Université de Montréal on a part-time basis.
